Invoicing will be done at 12 font size and 1.5 spacing, even though the required standard may be different. This is to allow us to be consistent with costs whether a document is compressed to fit into a certain number of pages or at the normal Havard standard.

Technical editing: This involves formatting the document according to university standards, including the insertion of a table of contents, lists of figures, tables, annexures, and page numbers. We ensure that the document is formatted uniformly and looks professional. The cost for technical editing is R12 per page. The duration typically ranges up to 3 working days, depending on the size and complexity of the document.
Language editing: Our language editing service involves proofreading the document, with corrections made to grammar, tenses, and spelling. The duration for language editing varies, depending on the document's size and complexity, and typically takes two weeks. The cost for this service is 10c per word.
References checking: Our reference-checking service ensures consistency and accuracy in your reference list. We verify that all entries are cited within the text and that all in-text citations have corresponding entries in the reference list. While we correct as much as possible, any unresolved issues will be flagged for the student to address.
Graphical design: We can design diagrams from your basic concepts. Just provide the concept layout and text of what is required, and we will design a diagram for inclusion in the thesis. The cost is R150 per diagram.
The services operate independently from one another, allowing you to choose and include or exclude any service as needed.
